Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service role based in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Customer Service team member will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring professional and courteous interactions. Daily responsibilities include providing sales support on product enquiry, providing accurate information, documenting and following up to ensure sales order and delivery satisfaction. The successful candidate will contribute to a positive customer experience by responding promptly, demonstrating empathy, and adhering to company guidelines and service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Sales Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to manage inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, with a commitment to building long-term customer relationships.
• Professional Phone Etiquette and clear communication skills in spoken and written formats.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Kuala Lumpur, with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer service software or CRM tools.
• Collaborative mindset, resilience under pressure, and a problem-solving approach to customer concerns.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred; fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and local dialects is an advantage.
