Job Summary
MintGroom is seeking an experienced Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality PPF installations with careful attention to detail. Applicants must have hands-on PPF installation experience and be able to independently install PPF on both front and rear bumpers.
Key Responsibilities
Install PPF on vehicles, including front and rear bumpers, bonnets, doors and other body panels.
Perform vehicle cleaning and surface preparation before installation.
Handle complex curves, corners, film stretching, shaping and edge wrapping to achieve a smooth application and neat finish.
Conduct post-installation quality checks and rectify issues such as bubbles, trapped contaminants and lifting edges.
Use installation tools properly, maintain a clean and organised workspace, and work with the team to prepare vehicles for handover.
Job Requirements
Previous hands-on PPF installation experience is required, with the ability to complete installation work independently.
Must be proficient in installing PPF on both front and rear bumpers.
Good understanding of PPF materials and installation techniques, with strong attention to workmanship and finishing details.
Responsible, reliable and careful when handling customers’ vehicles, with good teamwork skills.
