岗位职责

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product andsystem requirements.
Perform functional, integration,regression, stress, performance, reliability, and boundary testing.
Validate firmware functionality across different hardware configurations and operating conditions.
Debug hardware and firmware issues using schematics, datasheets, logs, traces, and measurement data.
Maintain test documentation, test reports, validation records, and automated test results.
Support product qualification, design verification, manufacturing testing, and production release activities.
Requirements &Qualifications
Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent relevant discipline.
1+years of proven experience in hardware/firmware design, integration, prototyping, and testing.
Entry Level is welcome.
Practical workshop skills (e.g., fine-pitch soldering, laboratory equipment usage).
Familiarity with testing methodologies, including functional, integration, stress, and performance testing for precision instruments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and present technical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
