• Project Assistance: Helping team members with document preparation, research, tracking progress, and contributing ideas.
• Research & Analysis: Gathering information on market trends, competitors, or specific topics as directed by supervisors.
• Technical/Specialized Tasks: Depending on the field, this could involve using financial software, assisting with social media, or learning specific industry tools.
• Learning & Development: Attending workshops, job shadowing experienced staff, and receiving mentorship.
• Client/External Interaction: Liaising with clients via calls, emails, or chat for basic inquiries.
