Requirements

• Minimum 10 years C&S consultancy experiences;
• Well versed in Eurocodes, NA and SS EN for RC and Steel Design, Detailing, Specifications and local regulations plus international code practices, such as ACI/AISC etc;
• University degree recognized by PEB, obtained PE or in the final stage of obtaining PE;
• Able to communicate clearly and liaise with the client, other Project Consultants, Government Agencies and Contractors;
• Be an efficient team leader, team player and proactive for problem solving.
• Well verse in technical, contract and project management will be considered for higher post and better remuneration.

Scopes

• Be a team lead for small/medium size projects or support PD/lead for complex projects and establish client's requirements, engineering approach, methodology of projects, design development and documentations;
• Attend meetings, consultations, site inspections and tackle site constraints/requests;
• Manage shedule, deliverables, QA/QC check of drawings, report and submissions to authorities;

The firm was founded in May 1988 by the two Senior Partners and started projects, such as Ngee Ann City and Shaw House Redevelopment at Orchard Road, and, subsequently, Shenton Way 78, Springleaf Tower, Vietcombank and Petrovietnam Towers in Vietnam etc in 90's.

The young partner joined the firm in 2006 and, together with the two senior partners, completed sucessfully numerous sizeable Wafer and RMO facilities, DCs (5 no and more than 400MWs), Aviation/MRO/engine testing facilities as QP and AC projects, such as OFC, MBFC Ph2 and Marina One. More young professionals joined the firm, grew and built up expertise in feasibility and structural option studies, concept to detailed design, value-engineering and project and design management for conventional and D&B projects in the past one over decade.
