We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to serve as the key commercial and operational bridge between global customers and internal teams, driving timely issue resolution and supporting sustainable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for assigned customers, coordinating with Sales Managers on account priorities and activities

Act as the communication link between customers, sales teams, and manufacturing plants across engineering, quality, supply chain, and logistics

Coordinate sample requests and new project support, tracking timelines from submission through customer receipt

Manage technical inquiries relating to connectors, cable assemblies, drawings, and specifications, working with engineering teams for accurate responses

Support quotation preparation, pricing coordination, and commercial follow-up with internal teams

Maintain accurate customer, quotation, and order data within CRM and ERP systems

Take ownership of urgent customer escalations, coordinating internal actions through to resolution

Provide operational support to the Sales Director, including reporting, forecasting, and meeting preparation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience

3–10+ years' experience in inside sales, customer service, sales operations, order management, or commercial support within a B2B manufacturing environment

Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems, plus strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to manage urgent requests and escalations professionally

Experience supporting direct customers across multiple countries

Background in electronic components, connectors, cable assemblies, electromechanical components, or related electronics manufacturing industry
