Responsible for performing mold servicing, cleaning, and maintenance to ensure smooth production and optimal mold performance.

Job Resposibilities

• Perform daily mold servicing, cleaning, and maintenance according to schedule.
• Communicate with Molding Supervisor during maintenance activities.
• Apply grease to guide pins to prevent wear and ensure smooth operation.
• Respond promptly to job orders from Molding and resolve issues immediately.
• Carry out weekly maintenance based on maintenance schedule/chart.
• Record all maintenance activities and obtain verification from Tooling Supervisor.
• Participate in cost reduction and continuous improvement activities.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Molding Manager from time to time.

Job Requirement

• Minimum SPM or equivalent with 3 years experience in Tooling Techncian.
• Basic knowledge of mold maintenance or tooling processes.
• Able to follow maintenance procedures and work schedules.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and responsible.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
