JD for the role of Engagement manager:

• 12+ years of overall experience and comes with managing large team
• Co-ordinate delivery of services ensuring they are delivered in line with contractual obligations and Service Levels via appropriately skilled and managed staff.
• Manage finance in accordance with Company and client financial policies where applicable.
• Working closely with Practices, Staffing, Operations and 3rd Party Suppliers to ensure the timely fulfillment of project resource requirements
• Ensure senior stakeholder requirements & perceptions are successfully managed and escalation is appropriate and timely.
• To develop and manage relationships with Customer, act as a single point of contact for the organisation and identify and develop potential opportunities or business development.
• Ensure Service Overview Documents are complete, accurately reflect Organisation’s responsibilities and protect goodwill. Manage risk appropriately.
• Need to be well versed on emerging technologies and on emerging Banking practices

Experience Required
• Interface with key internal and external stakeholders to meet client objectives
• Experience in understanding of technology nuisances covering Java Full Stack, Selenium, Hadoop and Finacle
• Understanding of Agile & Scrum Methodologies
• Good experience and exposure on proposals and RFP
• Be able to manage conflicting demands
• Excellent communicator and stakeholder management
• Lead in alerting, reporting and monitoring of live service
• Report against SLA and KPI’s, produce management information with detailed analysis
• Outcome oriented
• Lead and assist with continuous service delivery improvement initiatives
• Is confident working in an Agile environment
• A commercial focus, with a good understanding of solution and service deals
• Sound domain knowledge and experience in either banking, finance or insurance area.
• Ambition to exceed targets and expectations

Requirements:
- Knowledge of JAVA will be added advantage
- Should have worked in Agile Scrum team
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with discipline.
