About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to manage the full HR and payroll function across our HQ and site operations. This is a role for someone who is meticulous with numbers, comfortable dealing with shift and site-based staff, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll & Statutory

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Handle salary advances, deductions, loans, OT, shift allowances, and claims correctly
• Ensure all statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, EA form) are filed on time
• Reconcile payroll reports and flag discrepancies before payment

2. Site & Shift Staff Management

• Manage attendance, leave, and shift schedules for site-based staff
• Handle documentation and renewals where applicable
• Coordinate with site supervisors on manpower, attendance, and disciplinary matters

3. Recruitment & Onboarding

• End-to-end hiring for HQ and site roles
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation

4. Employee Relations & Compliance

• First point of contact for staff HR queries and grievances
• Handle disciplinary issues, counselling, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and Malaysian labour laws

5. HR Administration & Records

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential employee files
• Draft and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
• Prepare HR reports for management

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Human Resources or any related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in multi-site or shift-based operations
• Strong hands-on payroll experience using payroll/HR software
• Knowledge of Malaysian employment law, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
