Job Description:

•  Monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets, quality and delivery
• requirements
•  Lead continuous improvement activities to improve productivity, quality and manufacturing

•  Manage and maintain production tools, jigs, and fixtures to ensure smooth production

•  Troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions
•  Monitor and improve manufacturing processes, product quality, and equipment
• performance
•  Involve in engineering activities, including documentation updates and process
• improvements
•  Cycle time studies, line balancing, and productivity improvement projects
•  Update and maintain MES system data, process models, and Work Instruction (WI)
•  Ensure compliance with safety, quality and product procedures
•  Conduct induction, orientation, and OJT for Production Operators and Technicians
•  Deliver technical and hands-on training on production processes, equipment, and
• manufacturing systems
•  Evaluate and certify personnel competency to meet production and quality requirements
•  Maintain training records, competency certifications and skill matrix
•  Promote quality, safety, 5S, and continuous improvement within the production area
•  Monitor training effectiveness through competency assessments and periodic evaluations

Requirements:

•  Have experience in manufacturing industry, advantages if possess experience and
• knowledge of assembly techniques, crimping standards, pull-force testing, IPC/workmanship
• standards, and visual inspection methods.
•  Capability to use ERP system, experience with SAP will be an added advantages
•  Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is added advantages
•  Must possess at least at least professional certificate, diploma or
• advanced/higher/graduated diploma in engineering or equivalent
•  Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
