Roles & Responsibilities

·      Greet, seat and attend to guests throughout their dining experience

·      Take food & beverage orders accurately and relay to kitchen

·      Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally

·      Handle cash/POS transactions and process bills

·      Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service stations and equipment

·      Assist with basic food prep, plating and stock replenishment when needed

·      Support outlet opening/closing duties

·      Handle guest enquiries and feedback, escalate where necessary

·      Coordinate with kitchen and management for smooth service flow

·      Comply with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards

·      Perform other ad-hoc duties to support outlet operations

Requirements

·      F&B customer service experience an advantage; training provided

·      Willing to obtain/hold a valid Food Hygiene Certificate

·      Able to work rotating shifts, incl. weekends and PH

·      Team player, good communication skills

·      Able to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
