- Coordinate and monitor site activities to ensure project work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, material submissions, method statements, and site records.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while supporting the Project Manager in achieving project objectives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects within the construction industry.
- Must be able to prepare and develop construction drawings using AutoCAD and BIM software.
