岗位职责
Work days including weekend & PH
Oversee daily operations to meet customer expectations and performance targets.
Coordinate with Shopfloor Supervisors, Buyers, and other departments on deliveries, returns, and issue resolution.
Monitor KPIs to drive operational efficiency.
Schedule and manage daily shopfloor deliveries.
Train staff on outbound processes per company guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse following 5S standards.
Perform other warehousing or ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
