Job Summary

Support quantity surveying functions by performing accurate quantity take-offs, analyzing tender documents, liaising with suppliers, and maintaining industry knowledge to contribute to successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Perform precise and timely quantity take-offs to support project cost estimation

Analyze tender and contract drawings and specifications to identify discrepancies and request clarifications for unclear information

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain and compare quotations for project scopes

Assist in evaluating quotations and scope details to support decision-making

Maintain current knowledge of industry standard details and specifications to ensure compliance and accuracy

Conduct site visits as required to verify project details and support surveying activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma in Civil Engineering or higher

Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel

Demonstrated strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Willingness to learn and develop professionally in quantity surveying
