Job Description:

- Assist in the planning and execution of daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize resource allocation.

- Monitor operational performance metrics and preparing detailed reports to support decision-making by senior management.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely delivery of services and maintain high customer satisfaction.

- Support the management team in budgeting, forecasting, and managing operational expenses to achieve financial targets.

- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and professional growth.

Job Requirements:

- Degree or Diploma in business administration, engineering, operations management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, ideally within the engineering or MRO sector.

- Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working seamlessly with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in using operational management software and tools, with a good understanding of data analysis.

- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, committed to driving operational excellence.
