Overview:
We are seeking an experienced

Finance Manager

to lead the finance function within a

manufacturing environment

.

This role will oversee the finance team and financial closing while working closely with management on

FP&A, cost control and process improvements

.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Finance team across

AP, AR, GL and month-end closing

Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial closing and reporting

Improve finance processes and

shorten the month-end closing cycle

Manage

budgeting, forecasting, FP&A and variance analysis

Analyse manufacturing and operational costs and identify

cost-saving opportunities

Prepare management reports and provide financial insights for business decisions

Strengthen internal controls and improve existing finance processes

Liaise with auditors, tax agents and relevant stakeholders

Requirements:
Strong

Finance Manager experience within manufacturing environment

Experience managing a

finance team of at least 5

Strong knowledge of

AP, AR and month-end closing

Strong experience in

FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and cost-saving initiatives

Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills

Hands-on, commercially minded and able to drive process improvements
