Job Accountabilities

• Support the design and development of jewelry and accessories packaging trends.
• Develop trend-inspired collections that align with seasonal themes and market demands.
• Create original prints, patterns, and repeats using both hand-drawn and digital techniques.
• Contribute to packaging and trend research.
• Manage end-to-end product development and merchandising activities from design concept through sample development, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, cost targets, and development timelines.
• Coordinate sourcing and sample development, and ensure timely delivery of CADs, prototypes, and samples.
• Collaborate with printers and manufacturers to ensure design quality and consistency throughout development.
• Ensure all designs are print-ready and follow required technical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall business needs.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, Accessories Design, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years design experience preferably in fashion jewelry design, accessories and packaging.
• Strong aesthetic sense with a good eye for design, color, materials, and trends.
• Proficiency in AI and Photoshop is Experience with additional design software—such as InDesign, Procreate, Rhino or other 3D rendering tools—is an advantage.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Experience in packaging, women’s accessories (jewelry, bags, gifts, etc.), or related categories is preferred.
• Graphic design experience is not mandatory but would be beneficial.
• Responsible and able to work independently, detail-minded, flexible, good team player, a fast-learner, able to cope with deadlines.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Designer role.
• Immediate availability is highly preferable.
