Green Lab Eco Solutions is looking for experienced Flexographic (Flexo) Printing Machine Operators to join our production team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic printing machines independently.

• Prepare and install printing plates, inks, anilox rollers, and printing materials.

• Adjust colour, registration, printing pressure, tension, and machine speed.

• Monitor print quality and troubleshoot printing defects.

• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and minor machine repairs.

• Meet production, quality, safety, and wastage targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Flexo printing experience.

• Able to independently set up and operate Flexo printing machines.

• Good knowledge of ink control, colour matching, registration, and troubleshooting.

• Experience in kraft paper, paper bags, or paper packaging printing is preferred.

• Basic machine maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.

• Experienced Flexo operators with paper/kraft bag printing experience will be given priority.
