Responsibilities:

• Lead daily service shifts and ensure smooth front-of-house operations.
• Assign staff duties and coordinate team activities to support efficient service delivery.
• Monitor customer service standards and ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards across the restaurant.
• Support inventory checks, stock monitoring, and proper handling of supplies.
• Coach, guide, and support junior team members to enhance service skills and performance.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Food& Beverage (F&B) operations is preferred.
• A proactive and positive attitude with the willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
• Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Willingness to work on weekends, and public holidays as required.
