You’ll be hands-on with cutting-edge chipmaking systems, delivering critical technical expertise to ensure top-tier manufacturing facilities run at peak performance.

• Deliver expert on-site technical support to ensure client semiconductor manufacturing systems operate at peak efficiency.
• Perform swift troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair during critical system-down events to minimize fab downtime.
• Utilize core electrical, mechanical, and schematic-reading skills to execute complex equipment repairs and routine maintenance.
• Collaborate directly with local service teams and international engineering leads in Switzerland to implement precise, lasting corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary technical interface between local fab clients and global engineering teams to resolve operational challenges long-term.
  
  

the experience

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or technical support within the semiconductor industry.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with regional stakeholders.
• Willingness to respond to on-site emergencies and travel domestically or internationally for training and support.
