岗位职责

Job Description:

  • Record daily financial transactions.
  • Maintain the general ledger.
  • Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices.
  • Monitor customer payments.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Reconcile customer accounts.
  • Process supplier invoices.
  • Prepare and process payments.
Reconcile supplier statements.


    Job Requirement:

    • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum 1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (experience requirement can be adjusted based on the role).
    • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, SAP, AutoCount, or similar).
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
