• Apply digital marketing, advertising, and analytics skills to develop and execute content marketing and search engine optimization strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Collaborate with mentors who are accomplished Million Dollar Round Table, Court of Table, and Top of Table members to gain industry insights and refine professional skills
• Manage time and schedule autonomously to balance work and personal commitments effectively
• Engage in continuous on-the-job training to build competencies for career advancement and leadership roles in the financial and investment sectors
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic to contribute meaningfully to team goals and company culture

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess a local Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
• Have at least 1 year of management experience
• Have at least 1 year of sales experience
