Customer Service Coordinator

Salary: SGD 2,600 – SGD 3,000

Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Scope:

* Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documents

* Follow up on customer enquiries, orders, and quotations

* Coordinate with customers, sales team, and internal departments

* Arrange deliveries and monitor order status

* Maintain customer records and sales documentation

* Provide administrative support to the sales team

* Perform other sales coordination duties as assigned
