Position: Customer Service Executive / Manager
Job Scope & Responsibilities:
Manage daily customer service activities and ensure a positive dining experience.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, reservations and service-related matters.
Assist customers with menu information, orders, promotions and special requests.
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Train and guide service staff on customer service standards and procedures.
Monitor service quality and implement improvements where necessary.
Maintain good relationships with regular customers and corporate clients.
Assist in managing customer-related promotions, events and restaurant activities.
Prepare basic reports on customer feedback, service performance and recurring issues.
Ensure compliance with company service standards, food safety procedures and workplace policies.
