Job Summary
Oversee and optimize daily business and operational activities to ensure efficient catering, kitchen, and delivery services. Manage staff schedules and performance while maintaining service quality, safety, and company standards. Coordinate with stakeholders and resolve operational issues promptly.
Responsibilities
Manage daily business operations to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency
Develop and maintain staff schedules, monitor attendance, and evaluate work performance to optimize team productivity
Coordinate catering, kitchen, and delivery functions to ensure smooth workflow and timely service
Monitor and enforce service quality, safety protocols, and compliance with company standards
Collaborate effectively with management, staff, suppliers, and customers to support operational goals
Identify operational issues promptly and implement timely solutions to minimize disruptions
Prepare and present basic operational reports and updates to management for informed decision-making
