Job Description
- Design marketing collaterals across social media, campaigns, in-app banners, and offline materials for MariBank
- Lead the end-to-end creation of multimedia content – including animation, video, illustrations and motion graphics for MariBank
- Translate marketing briefs and business objectives into compelling concepts, storyboards
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Support event branding, merchandise, and presentation design when needed
- Collaborate with internal and external cross functional teams, e.g. Business, Marketing, Product teams to deliver assets on tight timelines
- Stay on top of design trends relevant to fintech and digital banking
- Minimum 4 years of experience in multimedia design
- Strong portfolio showing range across digital, print and videos
- Good understanding of layout, typography, and brand consistency and has an eye for aesthetic and graphic
- Proficient in tools such as figma, Photoshop, illustrator and other multimedia platforms including CapCut, Canva and AI-assisted design tools
- Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-directed, detail-oriented professional who can work independently
- Prior experience in fintech, banking, or e-commerce will be advantageous
