About the role

Lead all logistics and warehousing from China production and Japan / overseas suppliers through the Hong Kong warehouse to retail stores and wholesale channel. Hands-on ownership of inbound and outbound planning, customs clearance, warehouse operations, redistribution, cost, service level and inventory accuracy

Key responsibilities

• Run HK warehouse end-to-end: receive, store, pick/pack, replenish stores, fulfil wholesale/ecom

• Receive mixed inbound from China factories, Japan and other overseas origins

• Plan warehouse space, labour and inbound calendar before cargo arrives

• Coordinate China factory packing, booking and truck/sea/air inbound to HK

• Manage Japan / overseas bookings, ETAs, HK import clearance and delivery to warehouse

• Handle customs documents, forwarders, brokers, delays, shortage, damage and claims

• Keep inventory accurate (warehouse + in-transit by origin); close variances

• Control freight, warehouse, last-mile and claims cost by lane (China–HK / Japan–HK)

• Redistribute stock to stores, pop-ups, wholesale and other channels

• Supervise warehouse team; set SOPs, safety and KPIs

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field

• 8+ years logistics/warehouse experience, including 3+ years supervisory

• Hands-on HK inbound from China and overseas (Japan strongly preferred)

• Experience putting factory cargo and licensed/overseas shipments into a HK warehouse for redistribution

• Strong HK import/customs knowledge; China export and Japan/overseas freight documents

• Experience managing 3PLs, forwarders and truckers

• Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English

• Strong Excel; WMS/ERP an advantage

• Willing to travel to China regularly;

• Hands-on, organised, cost-conscious; can handle peak seasons
