- Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and minimise product loss.
- Assist in establishing standard production parameters and process controls.
- Pump, Valve & Equipment Troubleshooting
- Understand the basic operation and function of pumps, valves, pipelines, mixing tanks and filling systems.
- Troubleshoot issues involving flow rate, pressure, leakage, blockage and inconsistent product transfer.
- Work with Engineering/Maintenance teams to identify equipment-related issues.
- Recommend suitable process or equipment improvements where required.
- CIP & Hygiene
- Support and monitor the suitability of production processes for CIP (Clean-in-Place).
- Identify potential product residue, blockage or contamination points within tanks, valves and pipelines.
- Work with Production and QA/QC to improve cleaning and sanitation processes.
- Quality & Product Consistency
- Monitor critical product parameters such as:
- Brix
- pH
- Viscosity
- Temperature
