About the role

DSCO Group Pte Ltd seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a prime opportunity to be part of a leading consultancy, contributing to the design development, and implementation of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, with a strong emphasis on Data Centre Projects.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and manage the MEP design process, focusing on mechanical engineering design, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive project success.
• Preparing detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, drawings, and reports.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the engineering team.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and industry regulations in the field of mechanical engineering

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in the built environment, specifically in engineering design. Candidates who have more experience will be considered for a more senior position.
• Proven track record in Data Centre design and implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide practical solutions.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets.
• Proficient in the use of CAD software and other engineering design tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards
