As a Project Administrator / Document Controller, you will manage the administrative and logistical aspects to ensure smooth project execution in a major government infrastructure project.

Responsibilities:

·        Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and timely submission.

·        Coordinate and track document workflows, approvals, and project deliverables.

·        Support the project team with administrative tasks including meeting coordination, minutes, and reporting.

·        Ensure compliance with documentation standards and project procedures.

·        Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth information flow.

Requirements:

·        Degree in Information Technology /Computer Science or equivalent

·        Minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience in IT projects

·        Prior experience in handling project documentation and submissions is essential.

·        Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

·        Familiarity with engineering or IT project environments is a strong advantage.

·        Proficient in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

·        Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
