Programme Overview
- This role provides structured on-the-job training and practical exposure in mechanical engineering works within active construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist site engineers in supervising mechanical installation works.
- Support monitoring of mechanical works for compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Participate in site inspections, testing and coordination activities under supervision.
- Assist in identifying installation defects, non-compliances and workmanship issues.
- Support preparation of basic site records, inspection notes and progress updates.
- Carry out assigned engineering tasks as part of structured training.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate or early-career candidate.
- Strong interest in construction and mechanical site works.
- Willing to learn and work under supervision.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
