POSH Corporate is a growing venture in professional corporate services. We're building out our tech team and looking for someone who wants to grow with a company for the long haul — not just clock in and out.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain our client-facing portal — from planning features to coding, testing, and deployment
• Develop and improve internal tools and systems as the business grows (e.g., CRM, request management, deliverables tracking)
• Handle day-to-day IT support, bug fixes, and troubleshooting across existing systems
• Manage hosting, domains, backups, and basic system security
• Work directly with the founder/management team to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Take ownership of projects from planning through to launch and post-launch maintenance
• Document systems and processes so the business isn't dependent on tribal knowledge

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in web/software development, or a related field (fresh grads with a strong portfolio/GitHub also welcome)
• Hands-on experience building web applications or portals — comfortable with at least one modern stack (e.g., PHP/Laravel, JavaScript/React, or similar); willingness to learn our specific stack matters more than which one you already know
• Basic database skills (MySQL or similar) and a working understanding of hosting/deployment (cPanel, VPS, or cloud platforms)
• Someone looking for a stable, long-term role — not just a stepping stone or portfolio-builder before moving to a bigger company
• Comfortable working independently, managing their own timeline, and communicating progress clearly
• Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
