Job Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organising and coordinating company events and promotional activities.
Support event preparation, setup and on-site operations.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers and event crew to ensure smooth event execution.
Assist in preparing event materials, schedules and logistics arrangements.
Provide administrative support and maintain event-related records.
Handle any ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work flexible hours or weekends when required for events.
