About the Roles

Site Coordinator / Assistant Engineer role based in Pasir Panjang within the construction sector, working on a permanent 5-day schedule (Mon–Fri, 9.00am–6.00pm). This position offers a competitive package of up to $3,800 basic salary, along with a $30 mobile allowance and variable bonus, making it an attractive opportunity for candidates seeking stability and growth in project coordination within construction environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate day-to-day site operations, including work sequencing, schedules, and material deliveries
• Liaise closely with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and consultants to align project requirements
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager or Project Engineer
• Participate in site meetings and follow through on assigned action items
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and related project documentation
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, work permits, inspection logs, and meeting minutes
• Ensure proper document control and organized filing of all project-related records
• Support planning, scheduling, and on-site logistics coordination
• Monitor compliance with quality standards and project specifications
• Assist in workplace safety activities, site inspections, and issue reporting
• Coordinate manpower allocation, attendance tracking, and material usage monitoring
• Carry out additional site or project-related duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or related disciplines; Nitec holders may also be considered
• Prior exposure to construction, M&E, industrial, or infrastructure projects will be advantageous
• Experience in a technician or site coordination capacity is an added benefit
• Familiarity with AutoCAD will be an advantage
• Open to fresh candidates; training will be provided
