Job Scope

• Handle WhatsApp, calls & customer enquiries
• Prepare quotations, invoices & job sheets
• Arrange appointments & repair schedules
• Update customers & coordinate with technicians/suppliers
• Data entry & general admin duties

Requirements

• Basic Excel & Word
• Responsible & organized
• Good communication & multitasking skills
• Automotive experience is an advantage
