The Admin/Purchasing Executive is responsible for supporting the administrative functions of the organization while managing procurement activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to facilitate smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support: Assist in daily administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems.

Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance.

2. Purchasing Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best value for products and services.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors.

Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.

3. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock assessments.

Collaborate with various departments to forecast purchasing needs and manage inventory efficiently.

4. Communication and Coordination: Liaise with internal departments to understand procurement needs and timelines.

Communicate with suppliers to resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries.

5. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements Proven experience in administrative roles and procurement functions.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

5.5 days work week
