1) MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in troubleshooting of any computer hardware in the hospital.

• Day-to-day monitoring of system performance in terms of utilization and capacity.

• KCIS support for users, adds new consultants and application maintenance.

• Monitoring Network & Wireless Connectivity throughout hospital.

• Work with external provider or vendor on minor system problem whenever IT Executive or IT Assistant are not available.

• New price adjustment code request (HITS).

• Manage users, groups, and access level in Active Directory.

• Maintain Fax Core system.

• Infinite and PACS secondary support.

• Other instructions that may be relevant by HOS.

• Ensure compliance to Standard People Practice (SPP).

2) JOB REQUIREMENT

Diploma of IT / Computer Science or related field.

Fresh graduates or 3 years’ of working experience.

Must be helpful, self-confidence and work smart.
