Contract Opportunity
Banking/ Fintech exposure is must

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in project management, Jira/Kanban, team leadership, cloud platforms, Java, and databases. The role covers end-to-end project delivery and production support (BAU/Ops), including solution design, development oversight, infrastructure, stakeholder management, and quality management. Financial services experience and exposure to middleware/ECM platforms are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
•  Team Lead / Project management experience
•  Agile, Waterfall, Kanban board experience
•  Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java (JDK 1.8 >), Spring Boot, JSP, and Bootstrap
•  Build and integrate backend services and APIs, ensuring performance and reliability
•  Support BAU/Ops activities including monitoring.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions across development and production environments
•  Work with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL)
•  Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
•  Integrate and troubleshoot middleware components such as Apache, JBoss, WebLogic, and WebSphere
•  Document technical specifications, workflows, and operational procedures
•  Participate in agile and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications
•  Experience in Stakeholder management , Technical Lead ,Project Management.
•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
•  Experience in Jira, Kanban board, Agile, Waterfall project with team managing
•  Experience in programming skills in Java (JDK 1.8+), Hibernate, Spring Boot, JSP, Bootstrap
•  Hands-on experience with Oracle and MS SQL databases
•  Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment strategies
•  Exposure to BAU/Ops support and production environments
•  Experience in middleware platforms: like Apache, JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere
•  Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
•  Experience in Kubernetes and Docker

Preferred/Advantageous Skills
•  Experience in the Finance domain, including financial systems or applications
•  Knowledge of Filenet for enterprise content management
•  Familiarity with Jasper Reports or similar reporting tools
•  Exposure to DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies
•  Knowledge of Python for scripting and backend development.
