#Work Hour: 8.30am to 6.00pm (1 hour lunch break)

#Basic salary: S$95/day

#Location: Tampines Street 12

An MOE primary school located in the Tampines area is urgently seeking an available candidate who can provide staff relief and commit to 4 days of work between 22 Sep 2026 to 25 Sept 2026.

Job Duties

Handle general reception duties such as answering phone calls, walk-in enquiries and receiving delivery of items
Assist students seeking medical help in sick bay and contact form teacher/parents when necessary
Manage school’s generic email account
Perform administrative duties
Assist in the school filing and document creation

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or WSQ Certificate on Office Management equivalent
Experience working in school environment will be an advantage
Competent in MS Office
