is looking for a hands-on and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the team, and drive service and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the FOH team.
• Maintain high standards of service, food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Monitor sales, manpower, inventory, wastage, and operating costs.
• Support the GM in achieving revenue, cost, and P&L targets.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery.
• Work closely with kitchen, bar, marketing, and management teams.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and Singapore F&B regulations.
• Support events, promotions, corporate bookings, and revenue-driving initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of F&B experience, including restaurant management experience.
• Mexican or Latin American restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, inventory, and P&L.
• Knowledge of tequila, mezcal, cocktails, and bar operations is an advantage.
• Hands-on, energetic, commercially minded, and guest-focused.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
