岗位职责
Track project schedules, milestones, action items, and key deliverables.
Support NPI projects from prototype builds through production release.
Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Operations teams.
Follow up on project actions and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and reports.
Schedule and coordinate project review meetings and follow up on action items.
Support manufacturing readiness, pilot builds, and production ramp-up activities.
Assist with BOM validation, ERP setup, and engineering change implementation.
Analyze data and compile reports for management review, offering valuable insights and recommendations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
Exposure to AI, automation, or digitalization in operational environments is an added advantage
Undertake any other related program or project management tasks assigned by supervisors.
