Job Description & Requirements

In jewelelry field Retail Operations managers are responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of retail outlets, including sales, staff, stock and resources management.

Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff

managing budgets

maintaining statistical and financial records

dealing with customer queries and complaints

overseeing pricing and stock control

maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation

preparing promotional materials and displays.

Product introduction of jewellery

Undertake retail duties as assigned e.g. customer service, manage point-of-sale processes

Optimize sales performances and store’s profitability

Develop sales and Analyse with a commercial view visual merchandising

Have a competitive strategy

Manage daily the store: be answerable for good management of the store

Assure the administrative and legal management

Manage the team

Evaluate and develop team

Need experience to the relavant field.

Hands-on experience in managing large format store or a chain of retail stores

Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

Excellent customer service and results-oriented

Working in fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
