Daily Operational Responsibilities:

Infrastructure & Platform Reliability (Linux & Open Source Focus):

• Oversee enterprise Linux server environments, driving proactive system administration, patching routines, and performance tuning.
• Continually improve infrastructure automation using Ansible and scripting to streamline operational deployments and maintain configuration consistency.
• Execute capacity planning, system upgrades, and high-availability architecture monitoring across corporate sites.

Identity, Access & Endpoint Management (Windows & Cloud Focus):

• Manage enterprise identity platforms, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) frameworks.
• Drive compliance and baseline operational security standards across corporate devices and directory services.

IT Operation & End-User Support:

• Provide daily technical operational support across enterprise users, ensuring timely resolution of service requests and hardware issues.
• Handle day-to-day user lifecycle management, group access, and endpoint provisioning.
• Senior role: serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical incidents, root-cause problem management, and high-priority outages.

IT Service Management & Processes:

• Drive best practices within Jira Service Management for incident, problem, and change management workflows.
• Maintain operational documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and service delivery frameworks.

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor Degree with an IT background
• Strong proficiency in enterprise Linux environments (administration, system troubleshooting, patch management, and capacity planning).
• Demonstrated experience with Ansible configuration management tools.
• Solid working knowledge of cloud identity and endpoint management ecosystems (Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, Defender, and O365).
• Familiarity with Jira Service Management
• Proficient in English, with ability to speak in Mandarin being a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required for site support and projects.
