Job Title: MEP BIM Coordinator

Location: Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate MEP BIM models across multiple disciplines and project stakeholders.
• Manage clash detection, model reviews, and BIM coordination meetings.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and client requirements.
• Review and validate MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and BIM deliverables.
• Support project teams in resolving design and construction coordination issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of MEP BIM coordination experience.
• Proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, BIM processes, and coordination workflows.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
