Our Client:
In this role, the Service Centre Ambassador will be the welcoming face of the center, connecting visitors, financial partners, and specialists.
The incumbent will focus on building warm relationships, delivering premium hospitality, and helping families navigate conversations around healthy aging.
Job Description:
Premium Hospitality: Deliver a high-end concierge experience for all scheduled and walk-in guests.
Service Introduction: Educate visitors on our specialized partner services and the benefits of proactive family planning.
On-Site Coordination: Act as the main point of contact to manage daily scheduling, logistics, and communications between internal teams and partners.
Relationship Building: Engage in genuine conversations to deeply understand each visitor’s lifestyle and family needs.
Guest Journey Management: Ensure a seamless, comfortable, and welcoming experience for guests alongside on-site consultants.
Problem Solving: Take ownership of and quickly resolve any on-site issues, schedule disruptions, or complaints.
Post-Visit Follow-Up: Gather guest feedback, guide their next steps, and smoothly reconnect them with their sales agents.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years in partnerships, project management, insurance, healthcare, or eldercare.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with active seniors and caregivers.
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and handle fast-paced or high-pressure situations calmly.
Experience in luxury hospitality, airlines, high-end retail, or eldercare coordination is a strong plus.
Languages
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
