Business Development Manager  (E-commerce) 

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to join a growing company within the Fintech & E-commerce space.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, working closely with SMEs and business owners, and driving long-term business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage relationships with SME owners, distributors, brand owners, and e-commerce merchants
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Support client onboarding and ongoing account success
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a positive client experience

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Business Development, Account Management, Client Success, or Consultative Sales
• Background in Fintech, SaaS, E-commerce, Digital Platforms,  or SME solutions preferred
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Analytical, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Languages: Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin
