Job Responsibilities / Job Description
- Handle and prepare invoices, delivery orders, and other related documents.
- Receive and process customer orders accurately.
- Coordinate and prepare daily delivery schedules.
- Communicate with customers and delivery/warehouse teams regarding orders and delivery arrangements.
- Monitor delivery status and follow up on any delivery issues.
- Maintain proper filing and records of invoices, orders, and delivery documents.
- Assist with general administrative duties related to logistics and warehouse operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferably with experience in administration, logistics, warehouse, or order processing.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented and responsible, especially when handling invoices and delivery documents.
- Able to work in a fast-paced logistics and warehouse environment.
