Key Requirements

• Diploma/Degree or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of site supervision experience, preferably in precast concrete, structural construction or building projects.
• Experience in precast installation/erection would be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, structural details and site installation procedures.
• Strong knowledge of construction site safety requirements.
• Able to supervise workers and subcontractors effectively.
• Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
• Willing to work on construction sites and travel to project locations when required.
