About the role

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, interpreting the results, and providing insights to drive informed business decisions. You will work closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, and finance, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities based on data insights
• Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for optimizing business operations
• Automate business intelligence for business insights, trend spotting for business decision making
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in data analysis techniques and tools
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reports as needed

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and generate business insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and working with relational databases
• Experience with Power BI and familiarity with Python for data analysis and visualization
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain insights to stakeholders
• Self-motivated team player who can manage priorities, adapt to change, and maintain data confidentiality
