Antasis Sdn Bhd is looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day HR operations and work closely with Management and Operations in managing people, processes and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer preparation.
• Manage onboarding, orientation, confirmation and offboarding of employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, claims and other attendance-related matters.
• Assist with payroll preparation, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and other statutory submissions.
• Handle employee enquiries and provide HR support to employees and management.
• Assist in employee relations matters, disciplinary processes, grievance handling and counselling.
• Support performance appraisal, confirmation and HR initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies, SOPs and compliance with Malaysian employment laws are followed.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Preferably 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in recruitment, HR operations or employee relations is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
